We often tell our clients that they are not billed for our middle of the night thoughts and ideas — because those come all too frequently with our dedication. We take the time to get to know each client and we are invested in their short and long term success. We offer free ~30 minute telephone or virtual confidential consultations. During these consultations, we aim to demystify the legal process/legal issue at hand, answer general initial questions and further outline how we work, our billing and what the next steps would be, if and when we are retained.
We offer daytime, evening and weekend client appointments, both in-person and virtually.
Clients receive detailed monthly invoices showing exactly what work was performed, on what date, by whom, for how long and with a description of each task. We take great pride in our billing as our bills often serve as the tangible work product received by clients on a monthly basis.
We have no support staff (secretaries, paralegals or admins) so as a client, you exclusively work and communicate directly with your attorney(s) at all times and you can rest assured that only your attorney(s) are handling the drafting and preparation of your important legal documents and communications.

We use modern technology and software to ease the client experience (or can use traditional methods, when preferred). Thus, we efficiently manage our cases which helps ensure that your matter never “falls off the radar.” Moreover, we are not a “volume based” practice, meaning that we only accept the number of cases that we can effectively manage at any given time and your case will not be overlooked or put to the bottom of a pile. We also seek to resolve problems and conflict, rather than create more.
Often times our clients are in the middle of an emotional roller coaster so it is imperative that we look out for our client’s overall well-being and best interests, including, but not limited to financially and emotionally. Practicing law shouldn’t always be about “winning” or coming out ahead financially because often times a client’s overall wellbeing, mental health and personal and family values are more important to success and should be considered at the forefront. Thus, we provide personalized and holistic legal counseling, strategic planning and guidance with respect to how best to achieve our client’s short- and long-term goals. We are considerate to the unique circumstances of each and every individual case, including the overall legal issues, as well as the financial and emotional issues and the vast array of personalities often involved.
