While realistic, Monique is also an optimist and first approaches every case as if it can (and should) be resolved amicably and efficiently. When that approach proves it will not be effective, either at the get go or at any point in the process, Monique uses her skillset to quickly pivot and determine the most effective strategies needed in order to best meet her client’s short- and long-term goals. While sometimes sought out in an attorney, Monique does not describe herself to be “aggressive,” or a “shark,” but rather, assertive and strategic. 

Never interested in the hustle and bustle environment of a large firm in the city, Monique greatly values and has been practicing for, and now alongside, Kristine in scenic Jamestown for nearly a decade and her entire legal career. The ability to practice law in the calm and peaceful coastal setting of Jamestown makes all the difference to Monique in staying grounded in an otherwise stressful and demanding profession.
